7 New habits for next 21 days

1. Dedicate 3 hours per day to doing the important work


2. Dedicate 1 hour a day to learning something new

Ideally first thing in the morning


3. Bring body awareness - Do conscious breathing

Including tai chi walking


4. Meditate 

Observe your thoughts don't identify with them


5. Feel Good

If yu can feel bad about a certain thought, you can also feel good from a thought.


6. Avoid foods that contain flour, sugar and oil. including spicy food


7. Perform midnight and Duha pray consistently
